Why does a certain payment method not appear on the ICEPAY Payment Selection Screen?

There are several possible causes:
  1. The payment method might be deactivated or awaiting activation approval.
    Please keep in mind that not all payment methods are enabled by default. Credit card, for instance, requires a separate activation process.
  2. ICEPAY uses the user account information and settings from your shopping cart system to determine if a payment method is displayed.
    The following settings are used in shopping cart systems: end-user country of residence, currency and amount of the payment, and display language.
    All these settings will determine which payment methods will appear in the ICEPAY Payment Selection Screen.

    For example, iDEAL is a payment method used only in The Netherlands. It will only be visible if your customer is from The Netherlands, and your product pricing is between EUR 0,30 and EUR 10.000,00.
    If your product pricing is in USD, or if your customer is from Germany, then iDEAL will not appear in the ICEPAY Payment Selection Screen.
