Check wether your osCommerce links while browsing through your website have the osCid tag included in them. If this is the case our module will not properly function with your shop. You can fix this by changing the cookie domain settings in your osCommerce configuration file, it is likely these aren't set correctly. Close all browser windows after changing the settings and try again.
