Direct E-Banking requires one out of three possible account types to be linked to your merchant ID. The account type is based on the products of your webshop. No account type is linked by default, trying to use Direct E-Banking will then result in the (not very clear) error "IC_ERR: Issuer not enabled for merchant in country".
To enable the correct Direct E-Banking account you require to contact your account manager.
