A bug in the 1.0.0 version of the Magento module has come to our attention recently;
Bug: The order gets cancelled "[ICEPAY] Error" on rare occasions when it should not be cancelled.
This happens rarely when we are unable to get a direct response from the iDeal servers and redirect the enduser to the Error page with an Error status.
Quickfix:
I've included a link (below) to a file with a temporary fix until the new plugin is released.
The status does no longer get updated, the order will no longer be cancelled but the order history will include the information regarding the situation.
Instructions:
- Download file from:
http://www.icepaydev.nl/files/RedirectController.zip
- Unzip it
- Upload en overwrite the file in: \app\code\local\Mage\Icepay\controllers
