More info about the error popup message "module not properly configured" after logging in to your Magento administrator section:
The ICEPAY error message will be generated anew if the module is enabled and improperly configured (or the "ICEPAY payment method" is set on ADVANCED and no SOAP is available).
Magento will display the last message/notification everytime on admin logon.
If the ICEPAY error message no longer applies, i.e. it is properly configured, and you'd like to disable the error message, do the following:
1) Log-in to the Admin panel, go to System -> Notifications
2) Click on "Mark as Read" or "Remove"
(Please note that this will not prevent the error message from being generated again if the ICEPAY module is not configured properly)
OR
If you want to disable all Magento Admin notifications, do the following:
1) Log-in to the Admin panel, go to System -> Configuration -> Advanced
2) Disable the Mage_AdminNotification module.
