ICEPAY Magento module 2.0.0 - 2.0.2
Using SOAP/Advanced checkout
Issue:
A new Merchant ID has been generated, SOAP is working but with the ICEPAY modules activated an error occurs within the admin section and the soap merchant data is empty.
Selfcheck error (NL):
"De opgeslagen SOAP merchant data bestaat niet of bevat geen data. Controleer de ingestelde merchant informatie van de configuratiemodule en herlaad de betaalwijzen configuratie pagina om de nieuwe data van ICEPAY op te halen."
Reason this is happening:
Recently ICEPAY merchant accounts are generated with NO payment methods activated and the module is unable to handle such a situation. (Previously at least the basic paymentmethods would be activated by default.)
Solution:
We will release a new version with the bugfix soon, untill then:
- Contact your accountmanager to activate the desired paymentmethods.
- Place a supportticket with your merchant ID and we will activate 1 paymentmethod if your account is in testmode.
