The "icepay_statuscodes" error occurs when viewing an order as admin in Magento 1.4.1.0+ with ICEPAY module 2.0.0-2.0.2.
Download version 2.0.3 and overwrite the 2 changed files (see changes file) to fix the error, however;
Please note that our Magento module (including 2.0.3) is not yet deemed compatible with Magento version 1.4.1.x.
Currently the fee per paymentmethod does not show up on order total (after it has been placed including the fee), invoices, mails and refund pages.
