This payment method is not activated, please try a different payment method.
First, please rebuild all Indexes in the magento backend, and make sure the cache has been flushed.
If you are using a different templates dir (in case you use your own
skin), make sure to copy app\design\frontend\default\default\template to
the corresponding directory of the skin that is being used.
